Not my cup of tea. It had its moments, but overall, I liked the newer He-Man series in Cartoon Network in 2002 which had superior animation, stories and action. The sorceress, Evil Lynn and Teela were pretty hot though in the 80's. Whoever rendered them has got to love the hips LOL!

This along with Thundercats, GI Joe, and Jem, I had a vicious time trying to get through a single season. I won't even dare to try again.

I used to love all these goofy 80 cartoons. I don't know if I would like them now, but I loved them as a kid!
Yeah, the show was fun for its day, but in retrospect it's kind of lame. Though I must agree with your assessment that those curvy femme fatales were pretty cool. These days even cartoon characters are like supermodels... too skinny and no personality.
Yeah, I can see how it could be an acquired taste. The 2000 series was alright, but all of the twirling-sword posturing got on my nerves...

LOL! that is true--twirling sword poses... I liked this 80's series as a kid but when I see the re-runs, I dunno, I guess I have a different reaction to it now.
One of the main reasons why I choose to leave the past in the past. I found the action and stories to be terrible, and the animation is just way too dated. There's no way I could sit through a full season of this.
