Devil Hunter Yohko can be described as "Sailor Moon for boys," in that it's an anime about a girl with magic powers who kills monsters, except it has bloodshed and female nudity and much less sugary images.
It's not a masterpiece in anime, but as a "mindless fun" anime, it works quite well because not much in here feels overdone (though the last installation in this OVA is pretty mediocre, but you can skip it). Good luck finding a copy of this without paying hundreds of dollars for it, because ever since ADV went belly-up in late 2009, this anime has gone out-of-print.
