If you are not already watching the occasional TEDTalks video then you absolutely need to take a look. The idea is "Ideas Worth Sharing" from some of the world's best thinkers on Technology, Education, and Design. These videos are Inspiring, Informative, Educational, and often funny and entertaining to boot. Innovation + Social Awareness & Responsibility can indeed change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world, for the better.

Rescue Me
Remember the chain smoking stand up comedy of Denis Leary (not to confuse with the psychedelic "tune in, turn on, drop out" Timothy Leary), well this is a far cry from that. Great show if you like action, drama, real emotion, and sex, set to great music and well shot visuals. This show is gritty, I like it.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
FUNNY!! Kind of like a modern, hipper, and even more politically incorrect Seinfeld. The characters are shameless, and hilarious. Well written, short and sweet. All of the worst traits of man (or woman) portrayed in the most comical manner, always leaving you feel upbeat.

House
Well produced show, that kind of makes me want to go back in time and change my mind about not studying medicine. I grew up in England watching Hugh Laurie's comedy, and now his serious acting blows me away. Of course us guys, and some gals, also enjoy the eye candy of; Lisa Edelstein, Jennifer Morrison (preferred you brunette), and Olivia Wilde.

Madventures
Two guys a couple of camera's, no script, really putting themselves in danger, and doing amazing (read crazy, insane) stuff. They had me ever since the episode of through the night vomiting while doing peyote, with some tribe, erm, somewhere.
7
The Community (TV series)
Lighthearted entertainment value, with 80's references, yay.. when a show's writers have the characters talk about "The Breakfast Club" and "Over The Top" (god awful that one, sorry sly), then I have to watch. Plus it has Chevy Chase in it, and he's good.. the days of which not seen since Fletch, and Caddyshack.

Better Off Ted
Reasonably funny, and it's on HULU.. perhaps I watched too much television of the last few years, as the choices for new entertainment are getting slim.. lol.

Honestly I don't know why I didn't put this higher up. Good show that is an unscripted look into some hard working people's daily lives, albeit often dirty/smelly/nasty, and sometimes dangerous lives, hosted by Mike Rowe. Mike really get's down and dirty with these people, and in this humorous little gem sheds some light on the hard working side of this country that we often take for granted. Watched him on a TEDTalks video btw, where he said that these people are actually some of the happiest workers in America! Whistling while they work picking up road kill for example. Good job, Dirty Jobs! :)

The Office
Funny though getting a little old.. I needed to add a tenth for symmetry, though 9 would have been good as it also has many positive attributes such as; it's divisible by 3, it's 3 squared, it's is 2 away from being a prime number.. so close, and you can do quick finger math with the 9 times table up to 90!
