Ultimately, despite the sophistication of analytical techniques, the heart
should be the determining factor in living life.

Each of us has free will and the focus of attention should be on the
exercise of our own free will and not the judgments of others.
Without free will, there could be no judgment day. Free will is
the mechanism which holds all of us accountable for actions
in life.

Life itself is in the nature of an illusion. There are times when each of us
cannot take life too seriously. The concept of oneness also means
that hurting another person hurts each of us by extension.

Personal guidance comes when the mind is relaxed and the heart is
listening. The heart center has the strongest and largest field of
the energy centers which in turn impacts the quality of our
relationships. The physical world is the bridge to the spiritual
world. Once each of us has taken care of the physical world
properly, the bridge to the spiritual world is aligned automatically.

Thoughts of love can help to heal war torn areas of the world.
Both the heart and individual/collective actions are needed to complete
healing. The quality of a country can be judged by how it treats
mothers, as well as the poorest people. Our own reality is the place
where we do the work of the soul. Forgiveness is another bridge builder.
Once each of us forgives, we build bridges toward those who have
offended us.
