Tangled is a delightful animated film.

Tangled is the new animated film from Disney and I loved it.  This movie is a reboot of the Rapunzel.  She is a girl with long magical golden hair.  She is voiced by Mandy Moore.  She is a princess who gets kidnapped as a baby by an evil stepmother.  She lives and is trapped in a tower for eighteen years.  She longs to explore the world.  She gets her chance  with the help of a thief named Flynn Rider.  He is voiced by Zachary Levi.  I love the romance between Rapunzel and Flynn develop and blossom.

What I like about this film is the inventiveness.  Rapunzel's hair has the ability to glow under water when she sings.  Her hair also has the ability to heal cuts.  Her hair also has the ability to keep people young forever.  She also uses her hair to do so many other things like a ladder or as a rope.  All of these things are just fascinating to look at on screen. 

I love the non human characters in the movie.  There is a chameleon named Pascal whose color changes with his mood.  There is also a horse named Maximus whose facial gestures are hillarious.  The animators did an excellent job giving each of these animals a distinct personality.  This movie is goregous to look at.    Tangled is Disney's best film in many years.
