I grew up my whole life with PAM in my house and I'll be honest, I haven't shown her enough appreciation over the years. An oily substance in an aerosol can that I've used countless times to line the pan when cooking on the stove or spray down the baking sheet when using the oven. Heck, I'll even spray down the chick before I throw it on the grill. PAM is the ultimate cooking spray out there and she has never done me wrong.

That being said, you might be asking yourself why Ryan, a reviewer of soccer, restaurants and movies is writing a review on kitchen spray. Well sit back, relax, and get ready to have your mind blown.
My entire life I've lived no further than a few blocks away from the beach. Being from Southern California, we truly take the beach for granted. I honestly cannot think of a day where I didn't see the beach. It's just a part of life here in Los Angeles. But with the beauty of the beach come something that all swimmers, surfers and beach goers hate, TAR!
Nothing is worse than getting a big hunk of black tar stuck to the bottom of your foot. This past weekend while on a run in the sand, I of course stepped in tar. This time was different than most though. Rather than a small spot which is usually the size of a quarter, my entire foot was covered from toes to heal in tar. It was like I walked through the Exxon-Valdez oil spill or something.
Upon arriving home I went to the cupboard to see what I could find. I heard of rubbing alcohol working, wrong. I heard about putting ice on it to make it dry up and then pealing it off, who ever came up with that is an idiot. So I said to myself, "Self, what in this household do I have that stops things from sticking?". And then there she was, sitting on the top shelf of the pantry with a beautiful yellow shine to her. The big red word PAM written on the front. So I grab her and thought, "Why not? Worst comes to worst, I'd be the idiot who just sprayed PAM on my foot." So I sprayed, took a paper towel and literally withing seconds all the tar was off my foot.
All these years and I thought PAM was only good in the kitchen. I was wrong! Now I'm not afraid of getting tar on my foot. Bring it on Tar, I got PAM to back me up. So PAM, thank you for all the years you've been in my life. I don't know what I'd do without you.

Haha, good to know! I have PAM in the cupboard that I don't use for cooking, might as well bring it to the beach just in case:P

LOL! I feel the same way about PAM--try the Pam for grillling, it works better. ;)

Ya I use it for Carne Asada a lot. It's such a great product. The tar thing though blew me away!

Hahaha... Good for you and of course, PAM!!! Thanks, I've never tried this product before, probably it's not found in this part of the world. But, I'll certainly be on the look out! Fun review!
