Classico Pasta Sauce
I could eat pasta everyday. I've always had to add a number of ingredients to make the pasta sauce tolerable.  This sauce makes the whole pasta-making/eating experience much more enjoyable. This is the best pre-made pasta sauce in a jar.
Chimichurri Sauce
This sauce has single-handedly made me a convert to Argentinian cuisine. Put some chimichurri sauce onto some beef empanadas and you'll know what I'm talking about.
Trader Joe's Best BBQ Sauce
There are others, I know, but this one is primo.
Hollandaise Sauce
You can't have Eggs Benedict without Hollandaise, so that's why. Also goes great with artichokes, however you prepare them. But you have to make it yourself, and it takes a couple tries to get the emulsion right. A good trick is not to put direct heat on the pan, otherwise you have to watch it like a hawk.
Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
Nice change of pace from A1 Steak Sauce.
Good to have whenever you have chicken or want to make fantastic burgers.
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Perfectly fermented taste.
Stonewall Kitchen's Honey Mustard
Yum, chicken fingers and honey mustard!
Extra little kick whenever you need it. I put it on everything!

I love Hollandaise sauce and also honey mustard. Have you tried Barilla green and black olive sauce? Barilla is pretty yummy :)

nice list!! i'm curious if you've ever found a good chimichurri sauce in the store?? i go to argentinian steakhouses to get the skirt steak in that marinade, but have never bought just the sauce.. thx..

Thanks! I actually have not found the sauce in the store. There's a great restaurant in Chicago called Tango Sur that makes the most amazing chimichurri, but that's one of the only places I've had it. Think I'm going to make my own one of these days. cool list! I love me some Lea and Perrins sauce! Tabasco rules! However, I prefer my teriyaki sauce made from scratch...

Thanks for the recipe!! I'm totally going to try it in the next week or two. I'll let you know how it goes. What do you usually make with it? Chicken stir-fry?

I use it for chicken and beef. My Japanese lady friend gave me the recipe long ago. It's terrific for marinade and finishing touches. I hope you enjoy it.
