I could eat pasta everyday. I've always had to add a number of ingredients to make the pasta sauce tolerable. This sauce makes the whole pasta-making/eating experience much more enjoyable. This is the best pre-made pasta sauce in a jar.
You can't have Eggs Benedict without Hollandaise, so that's why. Also goes great with artichokes, however you prepare them. But you have to make it yourself, and it takes a couple tries to get the emulsion right. A good trick is not to put direct heat on the pan, otherwise you have to watch it like a hawk.
