These modern, clean rooms at Rumor embody a Vegas-style edginess! Located across from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Rumor has a prime location. Rooms come with private balconies, in-room soaking tubs and are just steps from the pool and cabana. Check out the Addiction Restaurant for a unique drinking and dining scene. Junior suites as low as $57, so you can spend your money at the tables!

Originally a bar and restaurant featuring regional American fare and whiskey libations, the Longman & Eagle will soon be opening 6 private suites on the second floor. In keeping with the perfectionism and originality of the restaurant, each room will be uniquely designed and represent the long history of Chicago's inn culture. The perfect resting spot after one too many spirit samplings!

Named after Alfred Hitchcock's thriller, Hotel Vertigo is a complete theme hotel (the movie plays over and over again in the lobby!). The 102 rooms are located in Union Square of San Fran. Rooms start at $129.

It can be hard to find a funky, interesting and reasonably priced boutique hotel in the heart of NYC. The Jane Hotel is vintage, historic and of great value. Titanic survivors were housed in this location in 1912 and bohemian details like zebra print chairs decorate the lobby. Traveling by yourself? This is perfect option! Rooms start at $99.

I love this list, Bethany! I especially dig the SF ones. Lived here all my life and I'm always at a loss to tell visitors where to stay, so I appreciate these suggestions. Thanks for sharing!
