Because I am running a blog that offers digital scrapping freebies, I really want to know where my visitors have come from as far as another blog, site, search engine, etc. E-Referrer is a list on your blog that automatically keeps up with how many visitors came from what site. It tells you what site, search engine or blog a visitor came from and also totals the amount of people that came from that particular site. For example, I have friends who have my link banner on their blog, and when someone clicks that link, it shows in my list the blog they came from. This is an extremely useful tool for me.
If you want to check this handy tool out, just type E-Referrer in your browser. It is very simple to set up, and of course it is free.
I wrote a review on this feature, and I simply can not do without it! So simple to set up; just go to Link Within in your browser, and follow the instructions to add the gadget below your post area on your Page Elements. Every post you make will automatically show other related posts you have made. Another good thing about it is that you never get the same related posts every time; it differs to give your readers more to look at. This is especially handy if you have hundreds of posts; your viewers will always be kept in the loop! Link Within links will also show up in the E-Referrer list gadget.

There are hundreds of Twitter icons and feeds gadgets out there. Follow Me On Twitter icons are easy to come by, but finding an actual feed that worked well and looked attractive on my blogs was another thing altogether. I finally came across a good functional one at Tweetburn. It is a Tweetroll that you can easily customize to suit your blog colors, and it shows your recent tweets, icons of your followers, and tells others how many followers and friends you have. There is also a Follow Me on the top of the gadget. You can choose how many tweets you want to show. It looks good, it's easy to configure, and it's free.
Type in Tweetburn in your browser and get your gadget!
You get this gadget right from your Gadget List on Blogger. The regular Recent Posts will show snippets (if you have images on your posts, this is great) and you can configure how much of a post you want to show. This list appears so that others can see your most recent posts without having to actually look through your Tags or Categories. The Recent Posts Advanced is great if you have more than one blog; on blog number 1, show your most recent posts from blog number 2; this attracts many to click on those posts, therefore getting more traffic.
I saw this cute little animated gadget on a friend's blog and I had to have it. It is small and fits wonderfully in your sidebar. There are literally hundreds to choose from - depending on what color you want and how many levels of information you want. It tracks how many visits per day, how many pages were viewed, how many are online, etc. Go to HiStats.com and just sign in. The good thing is you can add as many sites or blogs as you want - you have a Control Panel on your account so every time you log in, you can add, delete and change your gadget as often as you want. This is great for me because I am forever changing my blog layouts and colors, so I can always find a great Stat Counter to match my blog.
A translator is nothing new, but many people fail to stick one on their blog. If your blog has lots of text in it, make it easy for anyone to be able to read it! I like the regular Google Translator as it is small and has a drop down list; it doesn't take up hardly any space in your sidebar.
