Charlie Ashbacher is a compulsive reader and writer about many subjects. His prime areas of expertise are in mathematics and computers where he has taught every course in the mathematics and computer science majors at the college level. He is the author or co-author of seven books and has participated as an editor or evaluator of in some capacity for 10 others. He is the co-editor of "Journal of Recreational Mathematics" and has had over fifty papers in mathematics and computers published or presented at professional conferences.
In combination with his teenage daughter, Charlie does yard work and other light maintenance, primarily for elderly/retired people. The work is hard, but due to those efforts his daughter will be going to college on the money she has earned through her work and she will not have to take out any school loans. Our customers really appreciate our efforts and were very generous when she graduated from high school last May.
