Here are some of the Hot Sauces I consider to be on hand at all times!

It's the GrandDaddy of hot sauces in America. Like it, love it, or hate it, you have to admit the McIlhenny Family's story is Americana, and its presence is undeniably broad.

I love the cane sugar and cane vinegar in this sauce from Shooter's Hill in Jamaica, W.I. Sweet with heat. Great combo. This is my favorite imported hot sauce.

I love this chunky hot sauce with habaneros, chipotles, tomatoe paste, onions and chives, garlic... yum!

Garlic, sun ripened chiles, big bang flavor! Makes awesome wings too!

One of the BEST hot sauces you may not have heard of! Sweet, spicy, it's a staple in our house for tacos and burritos.

Just the best "pepper jelly" we've ever had. Pour this on a block of cream cheese and boom! - instant crackers and dip appetizer. Delicious!

I love the idea of hot sauce and cream cheese! Don't know why I haven't tried that before, but it's on my list now. Thanks for sharing this list!

Yes at Tabasco sauce being on top! The rest of the sauces sound amazing, too. I'm extra intrigued by the "pepper jelly" because I've never heard of anything like it. Can't wait to read your reviews on Lunch, Hot Sauce Chick! :)
