I recently got back from a wild adventure to Tokyo. I feel in love with the city the moment I landed and had difficulties leaving after my short stay! The fashion is beyond anything I've ever seen. It's not only something the youth take part in but is embedded in the culture of the Japanese.
I was in awe by the well tailored suits and fashion forward men riding the train to and from work in the morning. They looked straight out of the latest issue of GQ.
The school children were too cute for words in their sailor-inspired uniforms. It was impossible not to adore them.
The area of Harajuku is where I spent most my time, simply gawking over the college aged students who filled the streets looking posh as ever. Overall, I loved my experience and tried to immerse myself, as much as possible, in the culture while I was there.
I have included a couple of my favorite photos for you all to enjoy! To see full fashion recaps and more images check out CollegeFashionista.com.
