They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I have to admit that I rarely take the time to sit down and have a healthy breakfast. This is in part due to the reason that I'm simply not a morning person, but also because it's not easy to wake up in the morning and find the necessary energy to gather up all of the foods you want to make your breakfast out of. So, naturally, I tend to cut corners and go the more convenient route. I mean, why cook up an elaborate feast in the early hours of your day when you can simply have some of these quick and healthy foods?
