Best customer service in town

The other day I was browsing through my local Nordstrom and came across a Marc Jacobs key pouch that I, well, just had to have. Unfortunately, this Nordstrom only had a white one, which I didn't want because I thought it would get dirty. I explained my dilemma to the woman behind the counter and immediately she had a solution for me. It's...a department store

Nordstrom is a department store. It has the department store feel and offers department store merchandise. The good: Pretty much carries everything but doesn't over do it. For some reason it's easier to locate the section you want at Nordstrom than some other department stores. You don't find yourself lost in a labyrinth of clothes trying to figure out if this is the right floor to find that perfect special occasion dress. Customer service is great. By this I … more
