Forever 21 is chock-full of trendy items at low prices. You can find a wide array of styles for any occasion- lounging, work, a night out, cocktail party, school, etc. This store is great for those who want to sample the latest trends (i.e. the ones that will be over with before you know it) without wasting tons of money, as well as girls in their 20's who are just making their way into the "Real World", want to look fashionable but still need to live within a budget. One of my favorite things about Forever 21 are their dirt cheap staple items - $2.50 tank tops in a plethora of colors (I go through 'em like water!), $5 basic tees, cheap leggings, 99 cent thongs, cheapy accessories, etc.

Although I praise the great prices, I hate the organization of this store! If you're coming in for a specific item (perhaps one you spotted online) - good luck. Not only is their stock ever-changing day by day, but the store is just a mess. Should you ask a store employee for assistance in locating a specific item, you'll realize that they have no clue where much of anything is either. Another thing that irks me is their return policy. Yes, you may return items, however, you'll only get store credit. No ifs, ands, or buts. And of course, the quality. Like anything you've paid $9.99 for, the quality sucks, but that is to be expected for the price - so I wouldn't be TOO upset if your brand-new top starts to thread within a few weeks.
All-in-all, excellent selection, great prices for great style/low-quality, and you'll likely have a headache by the time you leave the store. But $12.99 for something that might go out of style by next season? You'll still find me digging through the racks ;)

Although I hate to admit it, Forever 21 has become one of my guilty pleasures. I have never been one to enjoy shopping at stores where you have to ‘dig’ to find the perfect pieces, but Forever 21 is definitely an exception. This place is so disorganized. It's worse than any 2nd hand store I've ever been to. You can find some cute stuff but be prepared to only wear it a few times because the stuff is poor quality and won't stand up to many washings.
