I haven't shopped at Zappos in a very long time, so long in fact I couldn't remember my password to the site. However, last night I was ordering some shoes for an upcoming wedding and found exactly what I was looking for...at the right price on zappos. *Side note, I think I stopped using zappos as my go-to shoe shopping portal because the prices were higher than other shoe shopping sites (endless.com for example).

Anyway, I placed my order for these shoes from Zappos and then received an email this morning saying that they upgraded my shipping from 3-5 days to overnight....for free. I'm not a high-rolling customer nor do I shop at zappos all the time, so the fact that they went out of their way to upgrade my shipping for a total purchase order of $43 is pretty awesome.  I'm now sold on their customer service and the site in general for my online shoe shopping.

Thanks Zappos!

I dig Zappos, too! Their prices are higher than most other shoe sites out there, but sometimes, they're the only place that carries what I want. The customer service is great, too! My friend bought shoes for her wedding from them, but then wanted to change the order, so she called them. She totally freaked out on the phone since they were her wedding shoes, but they calmed her nerves and not only sent her her shoes, but a bouquet of flowers for her wedding, too! :)

I am not a typical female in the sense that I HATE shoe shopping. Hate it with a passion. I've been known to wear shoes until they get holes in them just so I can avoid shoe shopping. And then I discovered Zappos.com and their selection of 4 million shoes (yes, you read that number right). Looking for a pair of tan suede knee-high wide calf boots with a 4" heel in size 9? No problem. Jonesing for a pair of lime green gym shoes, size 12? Zappos has got your back. No matter what it is your looking …

Its funny how this site has been around for so long and I never gave it a try before.  My friend told me about it so I went and checked it out.  First thing I noticed was that the prices weren't that great.  Almost everything was full retail price.  But I was sold immediately when I found out it was free overnight shipping and no tax.  I've ordered a pair of shoes and jeans from them and they came the very next business day.  And from what I've heard, even though I …
