These soy nuggets - when cooked in the oven, NEVER in a microwave - are decent, at best. They are edible, even to meat eaters. I just don't think they're that enjoyable.

These would be great little things to eat if one were on a diet, and wasn't enjoying much food anyway. They definitely have their perks - they're low in fat and calories and have a good amount of protein. However, I'm not one to eat based on labels or fancy nutritional ideas.

As far as a processed food goes, they're ok to have lying around in your freezer. That's where mine are, and they've been there for months.

Haha, mine were in my freezer for like, two years, before I tossed them when I moved! +1 star is far too generous! :P

I completely agree with you on these, they're just a little too bland and tasteless. I also had them sitting in my freezer for a while before I decided to make it into a chickin' parmesan. Check out my review for the "recipe," it's pretty basic, but it was actually pretty good!

I find these mushy and tasteless. Strange texture. Morningstar Chik'n is way more delicious. I can feed them to my McNugget loving BF too.

The very best of vegetarian frozen foods

These were the first things I tried when I decided to stop eating meat - and they made the transition really easy. The nuggets have a great consistency (similar to actual chicken nuggets) and are extremely tasty. The breading is simple and light as well. Of all the vegetarian nuggets, these are my favorite because they aren't greasy, are easy to make (microwave, oven), and the best calorie-wise. I've gotten a couple of my friends hooked on these and all it took was a taste.
