I am so excited to review the Not Your Average Joe's Summer's Best Fest! Last year with a 6 month old baby, I missed it unfortunately. I didn't let it get away this time! If you like supporting local farmers and fishermen and you need a break from homemade meals, this is the place to be this summer! As some of my readers may know, I am … more

An incredible voice and soul

Who hasn't heard of Andrea Bocelli? His name is known throughout the world, his voice is heard in many homes and loved by people of all ages. I don't remember how I've discovered Bocelli, but I know that each time I hear him sing, I am inspired and filled with awe. If you have heard him on CD (mp3, etc...), you haven't really heard … more

A kushy soft, modern, easy to use cloth diaper
Our cloth diaper obsession continues with a new discovery of a great Canadian based company that manufactures a line of baby products. Not only have they mastered cloth diapers, they also have great clothing/layette, nice kids rain suits, wonderful bedding, and much more. Kushies sent us the new Ultra-Lite diaper and a Swim Diaper for review.  … more

The softest thing your baby's mattress will ever feel!

When baby E was born we wanted her sleeping in a safe environment, so we registered for organic bedding for her crib. The less pesticides and fire retardants the better I thought. It really mattered because we simply could not afford an organic mattress and it made no sense registering for one since we didn't even have any basic baby things. … more

Unique quality clothing for fashionable girls!
Having a daughter is so much fun when it comes to clothing! Even with all the hand me downs she has, there are so many combinations for cute outfits. We were excited to discover Francoise Studio, the French boutique for children who love fashion. Francoise was very kind to share her creations with us and sent us the Spring Bouquet dress for review. … more

Little Things I Do For the Sake of My Family's Health and the Environment (21)

in the Green Living community
When I read @devora's and @PattyP's lists I thought it would be wrong for EcoMama not to pitch in! Our family by no means does everything we can, but we try. My biggest motivation for 'going green' (tired of that phrase) is the health of my family, which here and now is way more important than saving the Earth for me. But let's face it, if we all thought about our health and the health of others first - the Earth would be a better … more

My Stroller Wish List! (19)

in the Strollerland community
As a strollaholic, there is always a new stroller out there that I really want to try. It seems as though I am happy with the one we have for two months at most. With a budget that doesn't allow to buy a new stroller just because I want it, all I can do is make wish lists! :) In no particular order, here are the ones I would love to test drive for one reason or another.

That's really cool! It is rare I meet Anastasias :) I used to really dislike my name when I was a little girl, when I moved to the US I wanted to be called Stacy! Nice to meet you! :)
