About this Community
Conan the Adventurer
This community was founded so that any and all fans of the fantasy genre would have a special place here on Lunch to showcase their reviews, lists, and micro reviews, as well as discuss their favorite works of fantasy. Pretty much any book, film, piece of music, or art will be focused on, so long as it is part of the fantasy genre and does not relate to J.R.R. Tolkien since I already have created a specific community for him. Unlike my other communities on Lunch, this one will be open to everybody, regardless of the amount of content you contribute or whether or not you would label yourself as an official "fan". My hope for this community is that people will contribute regularly, but that they will also use this community as a valuable resource for learning more about their favorite genre. Discussions will also be strongly encouraged!

Well, I really like the idea of community members being able to contribute more than just reviews, lists, and topics. I'd love to see each community have a specific community-related photo album, so that people could post their original artwork, pictures of their book, music, and DVD collections, etc. It would really give the communities an added sense of unity and user-contribution.

Nope, no skunks. How about you do a picture of me hunched over with my hands forming claws and me making a fanged vampire face, while unbeknownst to me the real Count Orlok is creeping up behind me and about to bite my throat out? Think you could pull that off... LOL!

Yeah, I was referring to the one that is the little square picture. You originally sent it out as a link, but I wanted to respond to the community. I do like the larger pieces of artwork with the "about this community" information. :)

Oh, okay, since they have added the "about" section to the community home page I wasn't sure if you knew which he had done.Do you create any kind of art that you'd like to share with the community (either the fantasy or art communities)?
