The Abs Diet Cookbook is an excellent

enhance your weightlifting regimen
or dietary scheme. There are numerous
delicious preparations listed.
For example, a breakfast might include
cut oats, walnut halves and diced
strawberries. An alternative preparation
would be eggs, tortilla, cilantro and salsa.
For lunch, popeye olive oil salad is very
tempting. The salad is made with baby spinach,
mandarin orange slices, strawberries, virgin
olive oil, red wine vinegar and black pepper.
The presentation includes an exercise plan
to enhance the weight loss and body-trimming
experience. The volume is priced right for
health buffs everywhere.
