How do I create a review?
Start your review by creating an eye-catching headline. Ideally, the best headline includes information on what you're reviewing and a bit about your opinion.

Great headlines:
Finally, a place for short people to buy jeans!
It's hard out there for a geisha
Bull's-eye! Why Target is right on point

The more enticing your headline, the more likely people will read your review. If you're at a loss, try writing the review first and create the headline after you're done. It might be easier to sum up your review after you've flushed out your opinions. Remember to upload pictures or videos to support your review (See How do I upload photos to a topic or review?). The more information you post, the more helpful your review is for the community.

What makes a great review? How can I make my reviews better?

A great Lunch review is helpful to the community and inspires curiosity and exploration of a topic. An inspiring review can be many things – we know everyone is different and what's important to you might be less important to others and vice versa. The most universal qualities that make a review stand out is how helpful it is in illuminating the topic of interest as well as how pleasurable it is to read. In short, a great Lunch review should be:

Comprehensive and informative, full of useful information
Include details you'd want to read if you were looking for information on a topic you knew little or nothing about. Include caveats that a typical product description would miss and helpful tips you'd want a friend to know.

Insightful and thought–provoking, bringing outside knowledge to the table
Give insight from your experience with similar topics, with examples illustrating what makes this one better, worse, or different. Include outside information or unique insight you haven't seen anywhere else. Give details you'd want to read too.

Engaging, entertaining, funny, and a blast to read
It's your opinion, so have a good time exploring your passions. Explain why you liked or disliked the topic, with anecdotes and examples. Or try an unusual point of view on a well known idea or product. Your review is the place to let your personality shine.

Well organized, makes the points clearly and without confusion
A useful review is easy to read with a logical progression of ideas. Avoid stream of consciousness writing. Instead, collect your thoughts into a focused conclusion. For a more balanced review, highlight the negative and positive aspects with bullet points.

Feature photos, videos, and audio to help support your opinion.
Add clear, high resolution photos, videos, or audio files to support your opinion and give the community a better understanding of the topic. Whether you're a veteran reviewer or newbie just starting out, the more you review, the more skilled and comfortable you'll be at expressing yourself. And the better reviews you'll write.
