I love Glee but I didn't enjoy this episode as much as usual. The story was all over the place. One minute they were putting it on, the next minute the show was "too adult." Why? Well the shortness of one kid's costume was pointed out as a problem. Um, why not make it longer? When they finally put on the show for themselves is was very tame, and not doing it for an audience made no sense.
The episode demanded that viewers know Rocky Horror pretty well. I did think that Sue's comments about the play having pacing problems was pretty funny. The movie is a wierd combination of fun and boring and the best way to enjoy it is with a group of people who are dressed up as characters and singing along.
The plot to this Glee was very disjointed though, which makes me concerned about future shows. There was a lot of going back to old plotlines. Hope the next script is an improvement.
