I really enjoy this beer mostly because it is served with Thai food in Thai restaurants. Thai food has got to be the best cuisine ever! OK, one of the best! And this beer goes so well with it.

Is it true that it's a more watered down, lighter beer than most domestic drafts? What is it about Singha that goes so well with Asian food, or Thai in particular?
