When using lemongrass for Thai soups and meals, I like to cut the dry ends with scissors, dry them, and use the pieces for winter teas!

I recently found out the drink Oasis Spa served me b4 each treatment is Lemon Grass. It's delicious & said to have anti-cancer properties!
