Sufficient Grounds has been around for a bit over 20 years, since 1989 (almost as old as I am!). The ownership may have changed over the years, but the location and menu, for the most part, have stayed the same. If you ask any regulars of Sufficient Grounds what keeps them coming back over the years, most of the answer will probably be, "the sandwiches", and by sandwiches, they probably mean the amazing housemade bread that they're made with.
