Fresh, simple and just in time for our local harvest. Enjoy it on salad, with chips, grilled chicken, fish and even steak. Peach salsa can't be beat!

Peach salsa can't be beat! 2 fresh peaches, chopped 2 green onions with tops, thinly sliced 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro 2 tbsp lime juice 1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice 2 tsp garlic chile paste 1/8 tsp white pepper In a medium bowl, combine peaches, green onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix in Chinese Five Spice, garlic chile paste, and white pepper. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve. More Salacious Sauces: Simple Apple Sauce Piccalilli Pomegranate Relish.
