Gardening for Dummies (like me)

Gardening is a pain. You need a garden, first of all, which isn't so easy for us apartment-dwellers, and even if you have little pots with plants, they need constant treatment or they'll just give up the ghost.
AeroGrow appeals to the gardener in all of us, especially the lazy one in me, and each seed kit is guaranteed to work without any of this "oh I'm dead" nonsense that regular plants put you through. It takes about 4 weeks to get going and then you have 5-6 months of herbs, growing faster than anyone could reasonably eat them. You only have to top up the water every week, and everything else is managed seamlessly.

I due for a replant soon... I might try the Thai herb kit, since I've had enough parsley, basil and dill for this year. Get one today! ($99 on special at Amazon.com)

I bought the kit with "premium gourmet herbs", which basically means basil, dill, thyme, mint, purple basil and parsley (http://www.amazon.com/AeroGrow-AeroGarden-Go...n&qid=1241787868&sr=8-1). The marketing dept have gone a little nuts on the descriptions ("preseeded bio-dome habitat"?!). You can then buy just the seed kits every six months from Amazon too. Great system - very, very easy!

Oh, this sounds like something for me, the laziest gardener I know! I always dream of having fresh herbs for cooking but I can't get around to getting the little pots. What's included in that kit? Do you know by any chance or do they say where those herbs/seeds come from? Thanks for the review!
