Being currently preggers myself, I'm all about getting educated for growing a healthy baby both inside the womb and once he enters the world.    Of all the things I enjoy about this book, I like its arrangement the best. With the regular insertion of recipes, stories, tips, reports and more, this book lends to an ease of reading that's both episodic (which is often the life of a pregnant and new mother) as well as providing more in-depth information.    I'm …

Whenever you explore books on "green" alternatives you always wonder how "far-out" the author's approach will be. I can say with all honesty that Dr. Alan Green takes a very common-sense approach to feeding your baby (and YOU!) with health non-processed foods.
