I love this place, even though it's a little pricey. As far as service goes as @LisaLisa and @jrfent have pointed out, the Hermosa Beach Pier isn't known for great customer service. I have been a Paciugo Gelato addict since this caffe opened. They have the most extensive gelato flavor selection. Everytime I go there, which is almost everyday, I discover new flavors.
