Yoga today is a yoga-on-demand website that offers up to 14 different online classes, all at least an hour or more in length for absolutely nothing. Yes, that's right free! If you don't want to pay for a subscription service this is the way to go!

All of the videos are shot in amazing scenery that only the western part of the United States offers. You can read information about each instructor's bio if you like (there are three) and also interact with the teachers on the Yoga Today Blog. The available videos are added weekly and you can sign up to get a new schedule emailed to you each week. This is an awesome resource for changing up your classes or developing a meaningful home practice. All you need is an Internet connection and your yoga mat! Namaste.

Ooooh, I was thinking about joining myyogaonline after reading your review, but yogatoday is the awesome price of free! How would you say that the two websites compare?

I like yoga online better because I don't always have an hour to practice and they have shorter flows. They also offer WAY more classes. Yoga today's videos are always shot in some awesome natural place and I like to use it for that variation in "studios"- its started to add more content though.

Wow, this sounds like a fantastic idea! I just bought a new yoga mat that I'm dying to break in. Between this and @HealthyRache's yoga DVD review, I'm pretty much set without having to pay for class!
