...the difference between cheap generics tissues and quality ones like these Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong. At work we have the generics and I usually need to use two tissues to keep them from breaking when I blow. And they are not so soft to the touch. These Puffs need only one tissue to withstand whatever my nose can throw at it, and they are silky soft. I'm not a fan of lotion infused tissues so this is a plus for me. They work comfortably for anything but the most irritate nasal membranes. The 124-count box is a good size and is attractively decorated--not too plain and not too garish.
On a side note, we have a hamster and she loves to tear these things up to make a nest. Take that for what it's worth, hahah. These are sturdy enough for other applications as well, like make-up removal and small spills. I even have been keeping one handy to clean my glasses. They work almost as well as a micro-fiber cloth. They don't leave a smear of lotion on the lenses or dusty patches like other tissues I've used.
The only possible drawback to these would be that tiny bits of the tissue paper get stuck to the stubble on my face when I use them. But that happens with anything less sturdy than a paper towel, and those are like sandpaper to an irritated nose and not an option. They may cost a bit more than generics, but the old adage of "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here.
Stuffy, drippy nose, Never ending mucus flow, Puffs to the rescue.
