Ever wondered what would life be like if your assumptions about science weren't right? I recommend this book to the beginner of alternative science and history.
This was a nice story about a Roman trying to find his way... "sacrificing" his bird was a memorable scene growing up without much exposure to non-Christian/pre-Christian religion.
Good stuff for the beginning student of Hebrew roots or Messianic. Haven't read all of it, but gives you a good starter in the arena of Hebrew roots of the New Testament and "Christianity."
A thriller. Moves with movie-like pacing. Not a lot of deeper things from the characters, but an interesting chunk of the world of security and cryptography.
