love your post about taking deep breaths ; ) we've always taught our three year old to use deep breaths when things get intense (which is a lot when you're a toddler = ) and recently, she's started using it on ME! reminding me to stop and take a deep breath when I get frustrated. anyway, welcome to Lunch! looking forward to more of your posts.

Given your interest in travel, I thought you might enjoy checking out the Unique Hotels community and this review of the Golden Well Hotel in Prague. And given your love of Italy, I thought you might have some great insight on fun places to stay (I studies abroad in Firenze and absolutely adore Italy!). Have fun exploring!
