I'm a Business Analyst and certified Six Sigma Green Belt working for a major HR/Payroll company. I also write SEO content for a vacation rental website.
I love trying new recipes, attending culinary workshops, and probably spend a little too much time watching the Food Network. My twin passions are travel and cooking, and I'm truly in heaven when I can find a way to combine the two. A great trip for me always includes plenty of opportunity to explore the local food scene - whether that means taking a cooking class from a local chef, wandering the food markets, browsing the gourmet food and kitchen shops, or eating authentic regional cuisine. Travel, food and cooking go hand in hand. This fall I'm going to Paris for 18 days to attend classes at Le Cordon Bleu and La Cuisine. Of course I also plan to see and experience the sights, eat, drink and be merry.
The world is full of fascinating places, and I want to experience as many of them as possible. St. Augustine wrote “the World is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” I can't help thinking that it may be a little more relevant to our times to consider that “the World is a website”….
