Little Humans

(Waring this list may contain some plot spoilers concerning FMA and FMA: Brotherhood, if you have not see either series please refrain from reading this list. Thank you very much)

I have been a fan of "Fullmetal Alchemist" for the better part of six years. It is a widely inventive, fantastical and horrifying series that shows you the dark side of human nature and the true meaning of family and never giving up no matter what the cost. This series also has one of the best roster of characters that have ever been invented for an anime series, most notable are the Homunculus a group of artificially created humans made by the powerful Homunculus Father. Out of all the villains in the "FMA" canon none come as close to being as memorable or as foreboding as the homunculus.

Wrath

Although he may lack super-human regenerative capabilities that his brethren share, Wrath easily makes up for his deficencies with his keen military mind, genius level intellect, and fierce fighting style(skilled in both hand-to-hand and swordsmanship) is one of the most formidable of his kind and a worthy adversary and equal to even the likes of Mustang or Scar.

Sloth

Extraordinarily powerful but also extremely dim-witted Sloth is a brutish giant with amazing strength and surprising speed, he is one of the fastest of the Homunculi. his dim-witted nature makes him one of the weakest of the homunculus in intelligence and resourcefulness making him only good for digging tunnels or engaging powerful foes that would otherwise crush the other Homunculi. His lighting fast speed and his unlimited strength make him one of the more formidable of the Homunculus and thanks to his low intelligence one of the more dangerous.

Gluttony

As dumb as Sloth and sadly not as powerful. What Gluttony makes up for in speed and intelligence is his grotesque ability to devour anything. Gluttony is one of the most horrifying of the homunculus and also one of the most docile thanks to in part to his unwavering love and loyalty to his Lust.

Greed

Avaricious and arrogant Greed is one of the more agile but cocky of the Homunculi. His "Ultimate Shield" also makes him one of the most durable of the homunculi. However his cocky, talkative attitude is also his downfall as these sometimes deplorable personality traits end up leading to Greed's defeat at the hands of Edward Elric in "FMA" and Wrath in "FMA:Brotherhood".

Envy

The more annoying of the Homunculi mainly due to his overly angry persona and his tendency to fixate himself to fiercely on one target. Envy is one of the weakest of the homunculi mainly due to his short temper, his weak ability, his low intelligence and his tendency to use guilt trips as a way to weaken his victims as seen when he murdered Major Hughes(FMA) or when he fought Edward Elric in the underground city. But he is by no means a weakling Envy is very fast and very strong but he is by no means one of the brightest of the homunculus demonstrating on several occasions his ignorance in combat which ultimately leads to his untimely downfall.

Lust

The weakest of the Homunculi in both strength, speed and skills Lust makes up all her weaknesses with intelligence,beauty and cunning. Lust may be weak but she is-like all the Homunculi- anything but a pushover. Even though she lacks the power of her brethren she is one of the most cunning of them all using her beauty and skills to get her through the most difficult of situations.
