Sloopy's have a very different dynamic than any other restaurant in Man hat. Half is covered by a roof and the other half has no roof, so if it is a cold night, you better dress warm. Food is decent, the girls who work behind the counter are very friendly and work quickly. Better food across the street, but more expensive...
