LOL I just wrote a List about this. Anyways My top Three movies that I'm looking forward to this year are The Dark Knight Rises, THE EXPENDABLES 2!!!!!!!!! and Prometheus.

Spiderman and Johnny Depp as Barnabas Collins in the Dark Shadows reboot. I probably will see The Avengers too but will not rush out for it. Not a big fan of 3D flicks so I have zero interest in the 3D Star Wars films. As I have all the Star Wars films on DVD, watching them at home is ok for me on my "non-3D" tv.

I'm reading On The Road, so it's very cool that that will be coming out as a movie this summer. I hope it does it justice :) And of course.... BATMAN!

The Dark Knight Rises and Prometheus, though I've some reservations regarding both.
Nolan's perhaps the best studio director of speculative fiction in the Anglosphere, but he'll have to retool the Bane character radically to produce a story that isn't moronic.
Every flick that Ridley Scott's directed after the three masterworks that initiated his career as a feature filmmaker has induced from me at least a few embarrassed winces each, but Prometheus seems so intriguing, and Guy Pearce is a great screen actor...

For me, the prospect of a theatrical release for From Up on Poppy Hill next year is much more exciting.

I, of course, look forward to all movies, but if I had to narrow it down, I would say ParaNorman, Frankenweenie, Rock of Ages, and Les Miserables.
