Well that’s what I thought going into this movie seeing the lead star and other promotion for this. Party animal gets busted and slowly comes to the realization that she does have problems. She also learns that she isn't alone. The box and Bullocks presence gives you the impression that this is a comedy, but be warned, this isn't and the only humor keeps the movie from getting too dark.
Maybe you are thinking what I was thinking when I first heard about this movie. "Oh great, they are making a cute movie out of a horrible problem called addiction, and are going to sum up rehab in a darling, romanticized way." I refused to watch it for a long time because of this presumption. Relax, and give the film a try.
