Out of all the Nightmare on Elm Street sequels out there, this one is the worst from what I can remember. Unlike the first film and New Nightmare, I wasn't really scared at all in this. Jesse was an annoying, whiny douche, and the acting overall was stiff at best. After seeing A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge you as the audience will have to ask yourself "Are scriptwriters supposed to see the movie they're writing a sequel for, or just guess what the story is?" What can I say about "Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge"? Hmmm, not as good as the original, but then again were any of the sequels? Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2 is the second film in the Freddy Krueger series. This time his main target is the son of a man who just but the Elm Street house.
