I just watched this movie for the first time since the late 90's and it's actually even better than I remembered!!
Jim Carrey is in top form with this movie. He's perfect as the guy who's "in touch" with animals and his absurd moments chewing up the scenery are a hoot. The sex scene between Ace and Melissa nearly killed me with laughter.
Finally, as a death metal fan, it was neat to see death metal icons Cannibal Corpse featured in the movie.

Yeah--I found this to get better as long as I am in the mood. That spoof of the Crying Game was hilarious.
