Walter Hill must have loved his original misogynistic cop buddy movie with unlikely guys being paired together in the big city and having a bus come into play later for the bad guy to make a getaway in. Decent action, cop/buddy film has stone faced Soviet cop coming to America and teaming with a laid back Chicago policeman to find a scumbag drug dealer. Fun moments and light compared to some of Arnold's other 80's fare.
