Yeah, this film does take some getting used to. She won the Razzie Award for this one, the same year she won the Oscar for another film. It was like watching a Three Stooges movie gone horribly wrong. I gave it three stars because I like Bullock overall. :)

I did kind of like her quirky offbeat ness in the movie and tolerated it for the most part, that went out the window with the bus scene where the BUS ABANDONS HER and she hitchhikes with the truckdriver. Sandra Bullock has talent for comedy but Holy Mother of God I say, she was really annoying sometimes. She needs a nice dinner of NyQuil in this movie.

Sandra Bullock is a talented actress, very charitable and has a great sense of humor and has produced several movies that she has appeared in. Stupid and disappointing. Sandra Bullock is one of my favorite actresses (like the rest of America) and even she couldn't save this sad, sad movie.

Worst movie i've EVER seen. Do NOT NOT NOT waste your time and money buying or renting it! NO significant plot, Sandra Bullock was horrible (which was a huge surprise), and it wasn't even stupid-funny like The Hangover...ugh it was awful.

People Magazine gave this a 1/2 star out of 5. It truly wasn't that bad. Here are my thoughts. Sandra Bullock's character is awkward and that is an understatement. This still-at-home-with-mom-and-dad crossword-puzzle-creator is an unique blend of Cliff Clavin (Cheers) Napoleon Dynamite and Pippi Longstocking.
