Alternative Rock and Rock album by Radiohead

On the deliriously satisfyingIn Rainbows, Radiohead returns to a more straight-ahead (though subdued) rock sound. Much hubbub has been made about this record's innovative release. Radiohead allowed fans to pay what they wished to download fairly … see full wiki

Oh to listen to brand new perfect, well pressed vinyl. This album is an amazing pleasure to listen to on vinyl. There is a reason In Rainbows was the top selling vinyl album in 2008, it's well near perfect.     Listen to the previews, download the MP3's, then go and buy this on vinyl. The sound quality and difference is remarkable. Everything is just warmer, and clearer than on CD.     The pressing is on heavy thick vinyl that never existed back in the day …

"In Rainbows" is Radiohead's best album since "Kid A," and their most organic recording since "OK Computer" in 1997, or maybe even since "The Bends." "Weird Fishes and Arpeggi" and "Jigsaw Falling into Place" are excellent bass driven tracks. Colin Greenwood shines on these tracks. "Videotape" is a spiritual song about the afterlife. The piano playing by Jonny Greenwood is lovely. "Body Snatchers" is an edgy rock track and another highlight on this disc. Phil Selway provides a …
