I'm capping off my review of the Unholy Trinity of 1986 with Dark Angel's “Darkness Descends.” While I personally favor “Pleasure to Kill” in this trinity, “Darkness Descends” is a very, very close second to me, as this album is rife with brilliant metal riffs and blazing-fast intensity. To cap off my QT's about the Unholy Trinity of 1986, I'll talk about Dark Angel's "Darkness Descends." Even though I favor "Pleasure to Kill" out of the Unholy Trinity, I think "Darkness Descends" is a very, very close second.
