Delta Goodman is one of the top vocalists in Australia, and after listening to this CD you'll know why. Though the album is not anything revolutionary or anything, it is a solid, well made CD that is, if nothing else, fun to listen to. Granted, when the CD starts out you might not think that. "Believe Again" is a terribly forgettable pop song, one that I'd expect Britney Spears to sing, but once that's over the album picks up with "In This Life," a song that has since gone on to become a hit single …

This was my first time listening to Delta Goodrem... I hadn't heard of her before I received this CD to review. No one can deny that Delta has talent and an amazing voice. Her voice reminds me of Celine Dion... with a softer tone to it. However she does have the same 'power' behind her vocals. Stylistically she sounds a bit like Mariah Carey. I could be far more enthusiastic about Delta Goodrem if she had a more unique style all her own. From the first track of this CD on, I couldn't shake the feeling that she was trying to become a Celine Dion/Madonna hybrid. She definitely has the pipes, but a look at the notes for this album gives me a hint at where it goes wrong. To quote...
