I will always love the music of John Denver. It is so gratifying to hear his music revered on this CD. I love all the tracks, but my favorite is "Sunshine On My Shoulder". This song sounds so peacefully performed by pop group Train. I love the wisdom and warmth of Lucinda Williams on the song "This Old Guitar". This song communicates how much loved to create music on the guitar. Amos Lee delivers a bluesy version of "Some Days Are Diamonds". He makes me believe some days are better than others. Allen Stone delivers a superb version of "Rocky Mountain High". This song makes me so carefree. I love this song. I never thought I'd hear Dave Matthews cover a John Denver song. He sings the song "Take Me To Tomorrow". This song has thought provoking lyrics. This song makes me contemplate my purpose on this planet. This song is very moving. A singer named Kathleen Edwards covers the song "All Of My Memories". This song communicates John's feelings of living on the road playing his music. I love the sentiment of this song very much. "Take Me Home Country Roads" communicates John's pride of being a country boy. Emmylou Harris sings this song so well. I have never of Evan Dando. He is a singer with a such a soothing voice. He performs the song "Looking For Space". I love the lyrics of this song. I feel like I am looking for an identity in the world. Evan Dando makes me feel hopeful that I will find my place in the world. I love the music on this CD.
