The Monorail at Walt Disney World can get you from here to there, just not everywhere at Walt Disney World. If you are at the Magic Kingdom and you want to go to Epcot, take the Monorail. Tricks, Treats, Fireworks, Parade, Carriage Ride, Events and Two Months of Halloween to the Extreme.
Only Disney can celebrate a one-day holiday for two months, so at Walt Disney World, Halloween starts in September and runs right up to (and after) October 31.
