A dream is a wish your heart makes...

A dream is a wish your heart makes

When you're fast asleep

In dreams you will lose your heartaches

Whatever you wish for, you keep

Have faith in your dreams and someday

Your rainbows will come smiling through

No matter how your heart is grieving

If you keep on believing

the dream that you wish will come true

A dream is a wish your heart makes

When you're feeling small

Alone in the night you whisper

Thinking no one can hear you at all

You wake with the morning sunlight

To find fortune that is smiling on you

Don't let your heart be filled with sorrow

For all you know, tomorrow

The dream that you wish will come true

I believe that dream I once had was realised when I came to Disney World 20 years ago. My most recent visit was end 2007. It is where I feel the American dream is at its best. It is a place of happiness, a place where kids dwell, where hopes are. The mouse is truly mighty here! I've been to all the Disney theme parks in the world; L.A., Orlando, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong & soon enough, probably Shanghai. When it comes to Disney World, I've been here on 3 different occasions. Each time, at different stage of my life, it brings a different level of enjoyment & thrills. Disneyworld is one of the places any visitor to the U.S. ought to go at least once (My other favorite is the Grand Canyon + Las Vegas). The Disney park in Orlando is best! Nothing can compare to it; not the one in L.A., not Tokyo, not Hong Kong, certainly NOT the one in Paris! Here, the added attractions are Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, etc... One week doesn't even begin to cover it!

Celebrate your birthday here at Disney World. Free Admission!

For a list of attractions, go to Disney's official site.

P.S. There is certainly marked improvement in getting to the rides in Disney over the years. Now one doesn't have to queue physcially at each line to get to the rides. Take a number and come back at the appointed times. That saved us a lot of trouble and time! It's a more pleasant experience!

It has been difficult to decide which aspect of our recent Walt Disney World vacation to write about, so I thought I would review the 1,700+ photographs I took during six days of our visit. What I came across were a selection of individual photos that were unexpected. They didn't necessarily go together, but by their uniqueness, they all represent something different and not what your would expect to see while walking around the "World".      I hope …
Quick Tip by . July 13, 2010
This place is simply amazing. I'm neither a huge Disney fan nor a big theme park fan, but my family's trip to Walt Disney World (WDW) was incredible. I go to theme parks expecting to pay a lot of money for everything, from admission tickets and souvenirs to snacks and meals. However, at WDW I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. It's wasn't cheap, but it's the first time I've been to a theme park where I felt I got my money's worth. We had a fantastic time and it made for a truly "magical" vacation. …

Disneyworld
So we are recently back from our Disneyworld vacation and wading through all the emails, news stories, photos and reviews that are on my to do list I wanted to start off with a review for the guys over at Touring Plans.com Around 5-6 months ago I made a schedule of parks we wanted to visit, restaurants we wanted to eat at, and tried my best to determine if they would be busy or not. Lets just say if I would have went first to the Crowd Calendar on Touring Plans website things would have been a heck …

The Increasing Use of Technology while at the Disney Parks
In this day and age most people won’t even step out their front door without a cell/smart phone. Pictures, apps, games and wireless internet are becoming everyday necessities. I myself have a Droid phone and whenever I am not moving I am on my Droid checking out a website, uploading pictures or news articles, and even playing games. Jonathan one of the writers here & I came up with a fun way of blogging while we are at the Disney Parks or Disney function. Live Blogging You would think …
