I love the poet Henry Vaughn's work--thank you Madeleine L'Engle.  I enjoy being part of a profession that involves artistry and science.

My laptop usually sits on my stove because I rarely cook in my apartment.  The last time I baked something here the recipe yielded 100+ more mini cupcakes than listed, and I'm still recovering from that.  Want some cupcakes?  I've still got some in the freezer!

I am a follower of Christ, a respector of Darwin (13th chapter of On the Origin of the Species anyone?), and a protegee of George MacDonald.  Linus Pauling and I would have been friends.
I'm a dancer, a hiker, sometimes a runner, a respirateur, and always a friend.
If you break into my apartment I hope you like books and coffee!
