George Lucas has AGAIN made changes to the original Star Wars trilogy, giving lines to Darth Vader as the Emperor electrocutes Skywalker, in the new Blu Ray release (see this article from the San Jose Mercury News: http://www.mercurynews.com/entertainment-headlines/ci_18807115).

Do you plan to buy/watch this?

I think I am "Star Wars out"! They should have left well enough alone with the original trilogy. The prequel episodes were more tiring to watch than entertaining and really didn't add anything to the series. I need to take a long rest from anything Star Wars before I would be willing to start watching again.

I have no plans to watch or buy this "new" trilogy. I've seen the changes he made and must admit that I actually like the first "no" uttered by Vader but can't stand the long "nooooooo" he spits out while tossing Palpatine over the ledge. Granted, they are Lucas' movies and he has every right to do with them what he wishes, but I wish he would re-release the original trilogy in all of its glory with nothing more than a bit of remastering.

I personally wish that Lucas would get moving on the creation of the movies of the third trilogy, episodes 7, 8 and 9. I read once that Hamil, Fisher and Ford will get first crack at the roles. Those three will not be around that much longer. At some point, re-releases just get boring and repetitive. I will not buy the new version.
